Curki Sage ("Extension," "we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our browser extension and related services handle your information.

Curki Sage is designed with privacy-first principles. We do not:

• Capture or read personal data from your device
• Monitor your browsing history or web activity
• Access your passwords, authentication credentials, or financial information
• Collect location data or device identifiers
• Store or transmit personal communications (emails, messages, etc.)
• Perform behavioral tracking or profiling
• Sell or transfer your data to third parties

2. How Curki Sage Works

Curki Sage operates on a write-only model:

• When you teach: You record workflow steps (button clicks, form interactions) with voice narration. This data is processed locally in your browser and sent only to our backend for replay execution.
• When replaying: The extension executes stored workflow instructions on webpages you choose. No personal data is extracted or analyzed.
• Data handling: Workflow data is transmitted securely to our servers solely for the purpose of automating tasks you've explicitly instructed.

3. Data We Process

The extension may process the following information you explicitly provide:

• Workflow instructions: Sequences of actions you've recorded (click coordinates, text input timing, navigation steps)
• Voice narration: Audio recordings you provide to describe workflows
• Extension settings: Your preference configurations stored locally and in our backend
• Session data: Active workflow execution status and completion logs

Important: We process workflow data solely to provide automation services. We do not analyze, profile, or extract personal information from the instructions you record.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure authentication with OAuth 2.0
• Access controls limiting who can view workflow data
• Regular security assessments and updates

6. Third-Party Services

Curki Sage integrates with necessary services:

• Cloud infrastructure: Microsoft Azure for secure data storage and processing
• Authentication: Google OAuth for secure login
• AI services: LLM APIs for intelligent workflow adaptation (no personal data shared)

These services are bound by their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to provide services.

7. Data Retention

Workflow data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete workflows or deactivate your account, we permanently remove associated data within 30 days, except where required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Curki Sage is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the extension. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
